The terms below govern your use of this website. Client engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of solvhaus.com (the "Site") operated by Solvhaus Solutions ("Solvhaus", "we", "us"). By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the site
The Site is provided for informational purposes. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to access non-public areas, or use automated means to scrape or overload our infrastructure.
2. Intellectual property
The Site, including its design, copy, code, logos, and graphics, is owned by Solvhaus Solutions and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from Site content without written permission. Brief quotations with attribution are permitted.
3. Client work and case studies
Case studies, product screenshots, and references on this Site describe software systems Solvhaus has built or is building. Trademarks and product names referenced belong to their respective owners and are used to describe the work.
4. Inquiries and proposals
Information shared through our contact form or in early conversations is not a binding engagement. A project is only established once both parties sign a separate Statement of Work, Master Services Agreement, or comparable written agreement that governs deliverables, fees, IP, confidentiality, and warranties.
5. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party sites and tools (for example, scheduling, analytics, or external project demos). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
6. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Content on the Site is general in nature and is not legal, clinical, regulatory, or financial advice. Any reference to healthcare or behavioral health operations on the Site describes the systems we build for clients and is not clinical guidance.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solvhaus Solutions and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Solvhaus harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
9. Privacy
Our handling of information submitted through the Site is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Changes
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site is the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
