Privacy Policy
How we handle the information you share with Solvhaus Solutions through this website.
This Privacy Policy explains what information Solvhaus Solutions ("Solvhaus", "we", "us") collects when you visit solvhaus.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. This page is maintained by Solvhaus Solutions and applies only to this marketing website, not to software we build for clients.
1. Information we collect
- Information you submit. When you fill out our contact form or email us, we collect your name, company, email address, and the contents of your message.
- Scheduling information. If you book a call through our scheduling provider, that provider collects your name, email, and meeting details on our behalf.
- Usage data. We use privacy-friendly analytics (Ahrefs Web Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic patterns: pages viewed, approximate location, referring site, device type. We do not use this data to identify individuals.
- Technical data. Standard server logs may record IP address, browser, and request timestamps for security and abuse prevention.
2. How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and scope potential engagements.
- Schedule and conduct discovery and strategy calls.
- Improve the structure, content, and performance of our site.
- Protect the site from abuse, fraud, and security threats.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or third-party retargeting.
3. Sharing
We share information only with vendors that help us run this site and our business, under contracts that limit their use of it. Current categories include website hosting, analytics, email, and scheduling. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and users.
4. Retention
We keep inquiry messages and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of the engagement, then delete or archive them on a routine basis. Aggregate analytics are retained per our analytics provider's defaults.
5. Your choices
- You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by replying "unsubscribe".
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have submitted.
- Most browsers let you block cookies or local storage; the site will continue to function.
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@solvhaus.com.
6. Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information submitted through this site. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Client project data
Software products that Solvhaus builds for clients (including any clinical or behavioral health applications) operate under separate agreements and privacy notices owned by those clients. This policy does not cover data processed inside those products.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be noted on this page.
10. Contact
Questions about this policy can be sent to contact@solvhaus.com. Solvhaus Solutions is a remote-first studio based in Los Angeles and Orange County, California.
