05Inside the wider system
Roll Call is the recovery-housing layer of the Solvhaus operating architecture. The occupancy it keeps current is the census that BedFlow reads for those houses, so bed availability shown to admissions and BD reflects who is actually in the house tonight.

What it does not replace
Roll Call does not replace an EHR, clinical treatment planning, or a full admissions CRM. It is for house operations and occupancy.
Implementation
Onboarding starts with a fit conversation: number of houses, current tools, and whether staff will run the day in the app. We do not onboard operators who will not use it.
