AdmitIQ
Conversion visibility for admissions teams, where inquiries stall between first contact and the bed. In production; not offered as a public product yet.
Three tools, one operating system. BedFlow holds referral, bed, and census operations. Afterflow continues the record after discharge. Roll Call keeps recovery-housing occupancy current. Status is labelled honestly, and none of them is forced into an engagement that needs architecture instead.
BedFlow is the working system between referral and placement for small-to-midsize treatment centers: bed availability and census by program or house, a referral pipeline with owners, and authorization tracking on the same record, without turning the EHR into a business-development tool.

Alumni and post-discharge operations
Afterflow is the post-discharge layer of the Solvhaus operating architecture. It picks up where BedFlow's admissions record ends, so re-engagement and step-down referrals do not start from zero. Clinical aftercare planning stays with the clinical team.

Recovery housing operations
Roll Call is the recovery-housing layer of the Solvhaus operating architecture. The occupancy it keeps current is the census that BedFlow reads for those houses, so bed availability shown to admissions and BD reflects who is actually in the house tonight.
Five connected layers: intake and admissions, CRM and referral relationships, operational data (census, authorization, alumni), leadership reporting, and the product tools that sit inside those layers.
Capture, first contact, VOB, clinical review, and placement, every stage owned.
Partner accounts, contacts, opportunities, and the admissions pipeline in one data model.
Census, authorizations, alumni contact, and house operations kept current by the people doing the work.
Routing, reminders, and refreshes on top of clean records, with a person on every decision.
Pipeline, source, census, and follow-up views that read from the same records across locations.
Layers without a product tool are designed and implemented per operator, a configured CRM, custom software, or process design.
These tools are being built. They are listed so operators can see the roadmap, not so we can sell vapor.
Conversion visibility for admissions teams, where inquiries stall between first contact and the bed. In production; not offered as a public product yet.
Authorization and UR workflow support so clinical documentation and payer decisions are not trapped in a side process. In production.
A focused authorization tracker for due dates, denials, and next steps. In production.
Outreach cadence, accounts, and activity for behavioral health BD teams. In production.
Scenario practice for the first family conversation. In production.
A daily operations view for teams that need today, tomorrow, and this week in one place. Early access; not a public product page yet.
If a Solvhaus product is the wrong layer, we still architect CRM, admissions, and reporting around the tools you already have.
